Audrey  Kharem, Ph.D.  also known as Dr. Drey has dedicated her career to assisting others gain educational access, personal empowerment and career success. Combined, she has over thirty years of professional experience working in public education systems from elementary through to graduate programs and providing professional development for other educators throughout the United States and abroad. Her skill set and expertise as an instructor, counselor and administrator also proved to be very useful when she found herself in a primary caregiver role.

For a season she navigated in an atmosphere of loss and false starts. However as a result of her persistence, she identified transforming life lessons that she could use to continue helping others. Dr. Drey sees life as a journey. Her desire is to encourage others in how to use their strengths to be productive and enjoy the ride.
